The WELL was a transformative project envisioned by local business owner Joe Powers who reached out to Reliable Contractors as their builder of choice. The task at hand involved converting the former Dooley's Pub in Rochester, Minnesota, into a sophisticated downtown restaurant. The architectural metamorphosis aimed at seamlessly blending modern elegance with intricate detailing, paying homage to the earth's elements—air, fire and water—while also honoring the biblical narrative of the woman at the well. The project included a comprehensive update to the commercial kitchen, seating arrangements, and design elements. Unique custom signage, a fully stocked bar featuring Cambria, and meticulously crafted lighting design added a touch of luxury. The result was a remarkable space featuring high tops, booths, and an increased seating capacity. Today, the once familiar pub has evolved into a distinctive event space, contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of downtown Rochester, Minnesota.
